The Flying Fish Restaurant & Bar
Our charming restaurant and bar has a modern country feel with a conservatory and garden, all overlooking that amazing view! Our varied menu includes home-made classic dishes such as steak ‘n ale pie and fish ‘n chips as well as our authentic Caribbean specialities, jerk chicken and curried mutton, alongside daily specials, all created by Head Chef Vali, with Executive Chef/Owner, Buddy. Whatever you choose, you won't be disappointed! To quench your thirst, we serve a range of local draft ales and ciders as well as a fine selection of wines, spirits (lots of rum of course!), soft drinks and more. We think the atmosphere in our restaurant is just right – good background music, a relaxed atmosphere, attentive, friendly staff and nothing pretentious - you won't find any slithers of meat hidden behind any kind of foam here; just good, honest, freshly prepared food.
